  4. Take Vitamins One way to deal with dry hair is to take vitamins. Remember that your body needs vitamins. Vitamin A, vitamin C, biotin, iron, and minerals are very instrumental in forming healthy hair. In addition to food, you can also take additional supplements to meet your daily vitamin needs.

  5. Wrap your hair after shampooing instead of letting it dry if your hair becomes brittle and hard to style after shampooing, there's a good chance that your hair will lose moisture during the drying process. Wrap your hair in a cloth or towel after shampooing and let dry. 

  6. Avoid styling your hair by heating it You may often style your hair using a straightened, hairdryer. This can cause hair to become drier. A study found that hair shafts that have been exposed to a hairdryer will experience significant damage. It is recommended that you use a hairdryer at a distance of 15 cm from your hair. 

  7. Use Cold Water to Rinse Hair after Shampooing If your hair is dry, try rinsing your hair with cold water after shampooing. This will make your hair grow faster and refresh your scalp. 

  8. Use Hair Oil Argan oil has been known to be beneficial for hair. Apply argan oil to the ends of your hair. In addition, other essential oils that are believed to prevent hair damage are lavender oil, coconut oil, and peppermint oil. 

  9. Wear a Hat Ultraviolet light can damage the hair shaft as much as it can damage your skin. Limit sun exposure if your hair is dry. If forced to move in the hot sun, you should wear a hat. Then, apply a small amount of aloevera gel to help prevent further damage.
